By accessing or using the website located at dfinglobal8.com (the "Site"), operated by DFin Global8 LLC ("DFin Global8," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of This Site

This Site is currently a pre-launch informational site. It allows visitors to join a waitlist to be notified when DFin Global8's money transfer service between the United States and Mali becomes available, including a Sharia-compliant transfer option.

DFin Global8 LLC is in the process of obtaining Money Services Business (MSB) registration with FinCEN and applicable state money transmitter licenses. No money transfer services are currently being offered, facilitated, or processed through this Site. Joining the waitlist does not create any account, financial relationship, or right to use a future service, and does not guarantee eligibility, pricing, or availability once the service launches.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist.

4. Waitlist Submissions

By submitting your name and email address, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rightful owner of the email address submitted. You may opt in to receive marketing communications from us; you may unsubscribe at any time.

5. No Financial Services Offered Yet

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to transmit money, exchange currency, or provide any regulated financial service. Statements about anticipated features, pricing, exchange rates, or Sharia-compliant options are illustrative of our planned service and are subject to change before launch and before any regulatory approval is finalized.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of DFin Global8 LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
