DFin Global8 LLC ("DFin Global8," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at dfinglobal8.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from visitors who join our waitlist ahead of our upcoming money transfer service between the United States and Mali.
DFin Global8 LLC is currently in the process of registering as a Money Services Business (MSB) with FinCEN and pursuing applicable state money transmitter licensing. We are not yet operating a live money transfer service. This Privacy Policy currently applies only to our pre-launch waitlist. Once our transfer service launches, this policy will be updated to reflect the additional data we collect and how we handle it, including identity verification information required by law.
